Once you drop your return at the post office, it can take up to 2 weeks to reach our fulfillment warehouse. Returns are processed within 1 week upon delivery back to our warehouse.

For briefs and short styles, we recommend using your hip measurement. For high-rise styles, consider your waist measurement. To measure your waist, wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

For the best results, we suggest machine-washing your La Coochie underwear in cold water with similar colors. Do not use bleach.

For bralettes, we recommend washing in a mesh bag to prevent the hook closure from unhooking and damaging your garments.

We suggest you hang dry to protect the delicate fabrics and prolong the stretch in your underwear. If you're in a hurry, you can tumble dry on low heat.

Only the best, obvi. The softest GOTS-certified 95% organic cotton with 5% elastane for stretch and shape. Our lace trim and mesh fabric are Oeko-Tex certified, 90% nylon with 10% elastane.

Some styles have nylon elastic trims along the leg and waist openings to keep the underwear in place. This trim is fully enclosed by our organic cotton fabric, which is more comfortable and especially helpful for those with sensitive skin.

The audit ensures fair practices for workers, including no child labor, no discrimination, and protections for their health and safety… to name a few. Our team also visits our factory during a busy production time to monitor our third-party inspectors.
