- All of our fabrics are global certified toxic-free and safe for your body! Our cotton is certified by the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). Our mesh and lace trim are Oeko-Tex certified.

- Our tissue paper is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, is made from 30% recycled materials and acid-free cellulose. Printed with soy-based ink.

- Our thank-you card is FSC certified and made from post consumer waste.

- Our shipping mailer is made from 100% recycled content with 70% post-consumer waste. Curbside recyclable & naturally biodegradable.

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $80.

Standard shipping takes 2-7 days within the U.S. Please allow additional time if shipping to an address outside the continental U.S. We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada, including PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are working on expanding our international shipping!

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment tracking information.

Our Canadian friends can now select DHL shipping for duties included in the shipping price.

For domestic orders, we offer first-time customers free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

After your first purchase, a $6.00 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund total. If you select Checkout+ for $1.99, you will qualify for free returns and unlimited exchanges on any order + package protection.

Our fit is comfortable and relaxed—designed to never feel too tight or dig in. If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a secure fit.

How to measure your hips: While standing with your feet together, wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your hips.

You may want to consider your hip measurement for brief or short styles and consider your waist for thong styles. To find your waist measurement, wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

How to measure your band (under bust):

Stand with your arms at your sides and wrap a measuring tape around your body directly under your breasts. Make sure the tape is straight, firm, but comfortable. Measure while you are not wearing a bra, or a non-padded bra, and after exhaling.

How to measure your cup (over bust):

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, at nip level, and round to the nearest round number.

How to calculate your bra size:

Use the chart below to find your correct bra size based on your band and cup measurements. Remember, this is only a guide.

For example, if your band measurement is 31” and your cup measurement is 37”, your bra size is M.

Tip: Bra bands tend to stretch over time, so your bra should fit firmly on the last hook when new.

For the best results, we suggest machine-washing your La Coochie underwear in cold water with similar colors. Do not use bleach.

For bralettes, we recommend washing in a mesh bag to prevent the hook closure from unhooking and damaging your garments.

We suggest you hang dry to protect the delicate fabrics and prolong the stretch in your underwear. If you're in a hurry, you can tumble dry on low heat.
