- All of our fabrics are global certified toxic-free and safe for your body! Our cotton is certified by the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard). Our mesh and lace trim are Oeko-Tex certified.

- Our tissue paper is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, is made from 30% recycled materials and acid-free cellulose. Printed with soy-based ink.

- Our thank-you card is FSC certified and made from post consumer waste.

- Our shipping mailer is made from 100% recycled content with 70% post-consumer waste. Curbside recyclable & naturally biodegradable.

Regular orders cannot be edited or canceled once submitted, please double-check that all details are correct before check out.

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $75.

Standard shipping takes up to 2-7 days within the U.S. Please allow for more time if shipping is outside of the continental U.S. We currently ship to the US and Canada; including PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are working on expanding our international shipping!

We process and ship within 1-3 business days Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with the shipment tracking information.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need an exchange or would like to make a return, submit your request by signing in to your account. There you can download your pre-paid shipping label. Or email us within 30 days. Log into your account here.

Free returns on your first order for US customers. After your first purchase, a $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Additional Info:

When returning multiple pairs of the same item and size, all duplicate pairs must be unopened in their original packaging bag for a refund to be processed.

All underwear must be returned unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached. Kindly include the original order packing slip in your return package.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. We suggest trying them on over your other underwear.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Our fit is comfortable and relaxed - designed to never feel too tight or dig in.

If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for Black and sizing down for Rose. Darker colors tend to fit tighter than lighter colors.

How to measure your hips: While standing with your feet together, wrap a tape measure around the fullest part of your hips.

You may want to consider your waist measurement for high rise styles. To find your waist measurement, wrap the tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

For the best results, we suggest that your La Coochie underwear be machine washed in cold water with similar colors. Do not use bleach.

We suggest you hang dry to protect the delicate fabrics and prolong the stretch in your underwear. If you're in a hurry, you can tumble dry on low heat.
