We offer free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $80.

Domestic shipping takes 2-7 days within the U.S. Please allow additional time if shipping to an address outside the continental U.S.

We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment tracking information.

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada, including PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We are working on expanding our international shipping!

Yes. Our Canadian friends can also select DHL shipping for duties included in the shipping price. No surprise fees upon arrival!

Our warehouse and fulfillment center is in Los Angeles, California.

Yes, we offer bulk discounts on 10-20 items. These discounts will be applied automatically to your cart. Only one promo code can be used per order.

For domestic orders, first-time customers receive one free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

After your first purchase, a $6 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. You can add Checkout+ for $1.99 at checkout to get free returns, unlimited exchanges, and package protection for that order.

Once you drop your return at the post office, it can take up to 2 weeks to reach our fulfillment warehouse. Returns are processed within 1 week upon delivery back to our warehouse.

Yes. All returns made more than 30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit.

We know shopping for underwear online can be tricky, so we're here to help you find the correct size and style. Our undergarments are designed to fit comfortably and relaxed – never too snug, tight, or digging in.

Our briefs are cheeky, so if you prefer more coverage, we recommend the High Rise Boyshort.

We recommend taking a look at each product page to review the images and fit notes. We did our best to include as many models of different sizes to help guide you.

For briefs and short styles, we recommend using your hip measurement. For high-rise styles, consider your waist measurement. To measure your waist, wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

For underwear, this means organic cotton is often gentler on your skin, more breathable, and less likely to cause irritation, especially for everyday and intimate wear.

Regular cotton is typically grown with synthetic pesticides and fertilizers and may be processed with harsh chemicals.

For the best results, we suggest machine-washing your La Coochie underwear in cold water with similar colors. Do not use bleach.

For bralettes, we recommend washing in a mesh bag to prevent the hook closure from unhooking and damaging your garments.

We suggest you hang dry to protect the delicate fabrics and prolong the stretch in your underwear. If you're in a hurry, you can tumble dry on low heat.

Restock dates vary by product, so the best way to snag the items you're loving is to sign up for the "back in stock" email alert on each product page. You'll be the first to know!

Only the best, obvi. The softest GOTS-certified 95% organic cotton with 5% elastane for stretch and shape. Our lace trim and mesh fabric are Oeko-Tex certified, 90% nylon with 10% elastane.

Some styles have nylon elastic trims along the leg and waist openings to keep the underwear in place. This trim is fully enclosed by our organic cotton fabric, which is more comfortable and especially helpful for those with sensitive skin.

Yes. Our factory partner in Guangdong, China, is regularly audited by BSCI. The audit ensures fair practices for workers, including no child labor, no discrimination, and protections for their health and safety… to name a few. Our team also visits our factory during a busy production time to monitor our third-party inspectors.
