Return policy on Domestic Orders
We know shopping for underwear online can be tricky, so we're here to help you find the correct size and style. First-time customers receive one free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All underwear must be returned unworn and unwashed, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
After your first purchase, a $6 return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. You can add Checkout+ for $1.99 at checkout to get free returns, unlimited exchanges, and package protection for that order.

Returns made after 30 days are eligible only for store credit.
Return policy on International Orders

Important Info:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear or washing. We suggest trying them over your other underwear.
- When returning multiple pairs of the same item and size, all duplicate pairs must be unopened in their original packaging bag for a refund to be processed. Please include the original product bag in your return package.
- Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Outbound shipping fees from the original order are nonrefundable. La Coochie is not responsible for any lost or undelivered returned packages.
